Manatix Technologies’ policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it. Manatix Technologies follows six core principles of privacy protection in the operation of its Web site:

Notice/Awareness
This policy statement sets forth Manatix’s information practices concerning the type of data that is collected at Manatix’s Web site(s). This policy is being placed at a link on the bottom of Manatix’s various home pages, a practice that is becoming an industry standard location for Web site privacy policies.
Choice/Consent
The following paragraphs describe the type of information Manatix collects and the reasons why Manatix collects the information. By providing the information requested by Manatix’s online forms and by continuing to use Manatix’s Web sites and products after having an opportunity to review Manatix’s privacy policy, you have consented to Manatix’s use of the information it collects as described at the point of collection or in this policy. Manatix doesn't capture and store any personal information about individuals who access our web sites or applications, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email, opt-in, by enquiring about any of our services, or by using our products and services. In these latter cases, the personal data you give Manatix will be used exclusively for providing you with the information you have requested or in conjunction with the product(s) you have purchased. We don't pass any of your personal data to outside organizations and/or individuals.
User Supplied Information
You may be asked to supply contact information in order to receive information or materials that you request from the Manatix. We use contact information to send you the information you request when you submit the form. The information we collect in this manner is not used for any other purpose. If you are using the Web site to apply for employment with Manatix Technologies, then we will use the information you provide to evaluate your application. The information you provide with your application is not used for any other purpose. Manatix may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Manatix’s rights or property or other users of the Web site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Manatix may share aggregate information about our users with business partners and other third parties. For example, we may say x percent of our online job applicants come from Western Europe or from the US.
Your IP Address
Manatix collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to generate aggregate information, and to audit the use of our site. When you request pages from Manatix, our servers log your IP address. We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that your session will be logged, but you remain anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our terms of use of the Web site or to protect our service, site, customers or others.
Use of Cookies
Manatix does not use cookies that contain any personally identifiable information.
Access/Participation
You may access the data collected by Manatix about you by sending a request to the address listed below. If you believe that an error has been made in the accuracy of the data collected from you, Manatix will correct such error upon adequate verification of the error and the identity of the person seeking the correction. Automatic Collection of Information
We do not automatically log personal data, nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals. We do not use cookies to store personal data, nor do we link non-personal information stored in cookies with personal data about specific individuals. Statistical information such as URL, type of browser and the IP address of site visitors is automatically monitored. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information and is only used by the Manatix for system administration and to evaluate the use of the site.
Survey Collection and Data
PRINCIPLES REGARDING COLLECTION, PROTECTION AND USE OF INDIVIDUAL SURVEY DATA
Thank you for your interest in participating in one of our surveys! Manatix, conducts a variety of studies for private and public sector organizations involving user feedback on a range of products, services, issues and ideas. Manatix works with on-line publishers to profile site visitors so that these publishers can better understand who is visiting their sites. The feedback you provide helps us advise our clients on how to better serve their user-base, be it through product and service enhancements or by launching new programs. Your feedback is of paramount importance to us, and we are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. When you decide to participate in a Manatix survey, the following principles apply:
- Collection of Personally Identifiable Information. Manatix will not collect any personally identifiable information, such as name, address or e-mail, nor will we attempt to derive such information from the answers you provide
- Aggregation and Distribution of Survey Responses. Your responses will be aggregated into our proprietary database with the responses of other survey participants. We may provide this aggregated data to our customers and other third parties broken down along demographic lines, such as age, gender, geography or income, as well as product, service or activity preferences. In accordance with Paragraph 1 above, none of your personally identifiable information will be disclosed to third parties
- Automatic Data Collection; Cookies. When you agree to participate in one of our surveys, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. This information may include your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, and the date and time of your request. We may also send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Cookies help us improve the quality of our service by tracking user trends and preferences. We also use cookies to record that you have previously agreed to participate in one of our surveys so that we will not invite you to participate too frequently. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Of course, none of the information that is automatically collected or that is collected through cookies reveals your identity to us
- Survey Collection, Storage and Retention. We conduct our surveys, and maintain and protect our database of survey results in accordance with marketing research industry standards
Integrity/Security of the Data collected
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Manatix has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Enforcement/Redress
If for some reason you believe that Manatix has not adhered to its privacy policy, please notify us by either of the methods set forth above. Manatix will do its best to respond to your concerns and, when appropriate, take steps to correct a problem.
